•  We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged products which is not applicable to earrings due to hygiene purposes. Also, please note if you request a refund you will receive a credit note valid for 6 months as we do not offer refunds.
•  Credit notes will be issued after product inspection.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
